Welcome and thanks Hung,
Don't worry. None of us had any experience with Sugar (the operating system on the XO) when we started. Feel free to check out the many activities available for the XO and lots of other helpful info on the OLPC Wiki.
Lilly Nguyen will be giving a presentation on OLPC Vietnam at FOSS Asia. Be sure to introduce yourself to her. Mario Behling in HCMC has experience with the XO as well.
It will be great to have you and hopefully others too, in HCMC. There is a small project in a girl's shelter there that could use support and follow-up.

My name is Duy Hung Tran. I live in Ho Chi Minh city. I have joined Lubuntu Desktop project, I've helped translate LXDE desktop environment to Vietnamese, tested Lubuntu and reported bugs. OLPC is a good idea, very meaningful, so I want to participate and help the project. The problem is I only touched a OLPC once time at GNOME Asia Summit 2009, so I don't know much about its system, about all its fun applications...
I'm going to have a talk about Lubuntu at FOSSASIA. It's great if we could meet there and discuss more.

think about what we want to do.
Let's do some meeting soon in order to think about that.
After, we could go and visit some embassies (i have some contact with
the french embassy and also UNICEF).
Yes, we need more people, more developers, more translators !
