I did just that. I'm running ttylinux in VirtualBox, but the
technique should work on a real machine. Install on the hard drive
per instructions, set up a NFS share to a full distro box, download
the Sun (oh, Oracle...) jvm installer, copy it over the NFS mount,
install it, and go.
